Planted Variety main traits

A medium to early maturing hybrid bitter melon with heat resistance, vigorous growth, strong branching and high fruit set rate.

Melon skin white green, lustrous, long and short tubercles, with a few raised sharp tumors, melon shape long cylindrical, smooth and straight.

Timely harvesting fruit about 27-30cm long, about 6-8cm horizontal diameter, thick flesh, single melon weight 500-750g, moderate bitterness, less fiber, good quality.
 

Main Cultivation point 

A. The appropriate temperature for the growth and fruiting of bitter melon plants is 20-30ºC, taking into account the local climate and cultivation methods to sow seeds at the right time.


B. It is recommended to carry about 200 plants per mu and needs to be cultivated on a frame.

C. Choose the previous crop is not melon, deep soil, well-drained soil planting, base fertilizer to fully rotted organic fertilizer, after fruiting to strengthen fertilizer management, timely fertilization, and keep the soil moist.
